Fools Folly is a impovisational rock group that mixes the freedom of jazz with the adventurousness of late 20th century classical composition.

“Like a movie star who chooses to do an indie film with a limited budget and limited audience because it is fun,” states guitarist Dave Eichenberger, “Fools Folly provides a chance to stretch out and play what we like, except of course, we aren’t famous.” He adds, “This, I believe, this is partly the reason for the name. Certainly, to some it may appear foolish to freely improvise a style of music that, seemingly, has quite limited audience and for very little financial reward.”

Foolish, maybe, but it rocks.
